Shipping:
Worldwide shipping through Japan Post. Shipping outside of Japan will include 15 USD shipping fee. Free shipping within Japan. All items are shipped using registered mail. Once a purchased items has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number for said item.

Items before shipping:
You can cancel your order by pressing the Cancel button on the website.

Items after shipping:
Unopened items can be refunded or exchanged for items of an equal or lesser value only if you contact us via johnnyterror.info@gmail.com within 10 days of the item being delivered. Returns or exchanges for items that have been opened will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services:
Please contact directly via johnnyterror.info@gmail.com. We will provide a refund or exchange the item with a new product for the price of the shipping cost.

Orders will be processed within three to five working days.
Products should be received within 14 days and are available as soon as you place your order.

Payment methods:
Credit card transfer or Paypal. Credit card and PayPal payments are processed immediately.

Prices are listed according to the items. All prices include consumption tax. All prices are listed in US Dollar.
